Food for Babies

There are varieties of food that we can give to our baby – let us explore and not limit ourselves. My baby turned 1 in Dec' 2012.

Listed below are some suggestions:
§  Vegetable Soup or Vegetables boiled / baked / stir fried
(Carrots, Brocholli,  Lettuce, Potato, Spinach, Cauliflower etc….)
§  Chicken Soup (Chicken + Vege + Potato + mild spices)
§  Baked Fish (marinated with turmeric)
§  Pasta + cheese + mushroom + shredded chicken
§  Fruits (Banana, Mango, Papaya, Strawberry, Dragon Fruit, Kiwi, Apple etc….)
§  White Rice
§  Organic Mixed Grains (oat, pearl barley, millet, sorghum, corn meal,
black wild rice, buckwheat, red rice, brown rice, quinoa)
§  Red Bean Soup or combination of nuts soup (cashew, barley, black beans,
 almonds, red beans, green beans, soya, gingko etc)
§  Mash potato + cheese + fresh tomatoes
§  Baby oats
§  Baby cereal
§  Rice + fresh yogurt
§  Beetroot
§  Baked prawn + rice
§  Boiled egg / Fried egg
§  Soy Curd
§  Anchovies
§  Toasted Bread
§  Cod liver oil
§  Corn
§  Fruit juices
§  Rice + shredded chicken + potato + veggie
